My wife and I are having a disagreement about toys to get kids this Christmas. Before her and I got together she was used to buying her 2 boys the metal replicas of John Deere tractors and such for them to play with. But at $25 a piece and up I think that is way to much to spend on one toy. I believe that they are for collectors and for the people that use them in models and display scale models. She says that the plastic John Deere toys tear up and get broken too easily. What are your thoughts?

we just got a brand new automatic 24hp john deere mower, and its been used, about 3 hours, and its starting to backfire when we turn the throttle down or turn it off.. why is this? do we need a new spark plug?

I figure that Fram probably makes the same size filter as the John Deere brand but at a much cheaper price. It’s $12 if you buy it at Lowes. John Deere’s part number is GY20577 and that fits my LA150 along with many other models. If anyone can tell me the part number of a cheaper filter I would greatly appreciate it.
