Lawn Mower

Paul Murray asked:

Here is your beginner’s guide to searching, assessing, researching, and eventually purchasing a tractor for sale. Worldwide, the hobby of collecting refurbishing and maintaining vintage tractors has seen huge growth in recent years. There are lots of reasons for this; firstly they are relatively inexpensive to buy, and look after and sometimes they cost less than the tax on a new tractor. In addition, they can still be of use around the farm. They are easy to understand and maintain. The readiness and availability of spare parts means that the machine can be restored to its former glory giving great enjoyment and pride to its owner. But how do you know what antique tractor to buy and how to buy the right one?

Once you begin your search you will see that the makes and models and options are infinite and that you will have no problems finding a machine to suit your needs and your budget. As with other collectable items, you should understand your needs as this will determine what you look for. Do some research into antique tractors and make sure you understand your needs then you will have to translate them into a list of requirements this will then enable you to make a better decision when it comes to buying your antique tractor.

With the increase of these pieces of equipment becoming available at antique tractor auctions and other such places more folks are simply in a position to buy this stuff at reasonable costs. There are some tractors that just need tractor mower parts attached to them in order to let them mow the lawn and if you already have one of these tractors which can be modified, buying the tractor mower parts instead of a brand ******** new lawn mower tractor will most likely be the most suitable option for you. regarding buying antique farm machinery, there are a few names that you’ll have become reasonably acquainted with and with these brand names you may often get a warranty that the item that you are buying will be of the highest quality.

It is a 116 John Deere Riding Lawn Mower, it runs great but whenever i try to engage the PTO the blades won’t spin. On rare occasions it will spin but if i try to mow grass the blades stop turning, the repairman told me that it was most likely the PTO Clutch. So like i said how hard is it to replace?
I am pretty sure, the belts are all there and i don’t see any missing springs.
